Tracy Quadro, Esq. has a BA in Psychology from Seton Hill University, a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and has taken numerous trainings in mediation; including training in problem-solving and transformative techniques, domestic violence, victim/offender conferencing, real estate transaction mediation, family matters and community mediation, parent/teenager conflicts and many others. Tracy has over ten years of experience as a mediator, facilitator and conflict resolution trainer. In addition to her private mediation practice, Tracy mediates for the State of Maine District Court system, the United States Postal Service and the Maine Department of Education. Tracy worked for one summer at Seeds of Peace International Camp, and has volunteered at Safe Passage, helping children who live in the Guatemala City dump. Tracy speaks intermediate Spanish.
